How long does a typical kitchen renovation take?
Most kitchen renovations run 3-6 weeks depending on scope, cabinet lead times and whether structural changes are involved. We give you a written timeline before we start.

Can you handle waterproofing in winter?
Exterior excavation work is weather-dependent, but interior waterproofing, sump pumps and crack injection can typically be done year-round.

Do you pull permits?
When the work requires a City of Ottawa building permit, yes — we handle the application and inspections as part of our scope.

How do payments work?
A reasonable deposit on signing, progress payments tied to milestones, and a final payment on completion after walk-through. Everything is laid out in the written contract.
