About Us

Welcome to Ottawa Zain Construction Inc. We're a hands-on residential contractor based in Ottawa, with a reputation built one driveway, one basement, and one kitchen at a time. Our crews are equipped to handle the parts of a renovation most companies sub out — foundation work, waterproofing, interlock, hardwood, paint and finish carpentry — so the same team that starts your job is the one who finishes it.

2. Plan & schedule — We agree on scope, materials and start date in writing. No verbal hand-shakes that turn into change orders later.
3. Build & finish — Our own crews show up, on time, with the right tools. You get a single point of contact, daily progress, and a tidy site at the end of every day.
4. Walk-through & warranty — We don't call a job done until you do. Final walk-through, deficiency list cleared, written workmanship guarantee in your hand.
